IMPORTANT:
- We are not responsible if a package is undeliverable because of missing, incomplete, or incorrect destination information. Please enter the correct shipping details when checking out. If you realize you have made an error, simply e-mail us as soon as possible.

CHANGE OF DELIVERY ADDRESS
We cannot change the shipping address once the order has been in production. If you need to update it, please reach us within 12 hours of placing your order via email or chat with us.

Return Window:
- You can request a return within 30 days from the date you received your order.
Eligibility for Return:
- Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
- Customized/personalized products are non-returnable unless defective.

- We will respond with return instructions and the return shipping address.
- Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will process your refund or replacement.
Refunds:
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after the return is approved.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges: If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We’ll send a replacement at no extra cost.
